1.1 Minimum Age

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each natural person may hold only one active beg999 account. Opening additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, to continue playing following a self-exclusion, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited. Where beg999 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from bonus funds voided.

1.4 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to beg999 at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, complete, and up to date. You are obliged to notify beg999 of any changes to your registered details by contacting support. beg999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

beg999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 2.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source account minus any processing fees incurred. 2.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification is complete and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance being withdrawn. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 2 to 6 hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours. beg999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

2.4 Platform Fees

beg999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, and beg999 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile money operators.

3.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers published on beg999 are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who have made at least one qualifying deposit. beg999 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for a specific bonus at its sole discretion.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is completed are forfeited without compensation.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

3.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

beg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has partially fulfilled the conditions, beg999 will make a proportionate and reasonable determination of any entitlement on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Game Integrity

4.4 Disconnection and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, beg999's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of any incomplete round. Where the server record is inconclusive, beg999 will void the round and return the stake to the player's account within 24 hours. beg999 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

5.1 beg999's Right to Suspend

beg999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, detects suspicious activity, or is required to do so for compliance purposes. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, beg999 will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the account holder within 72 hours.

5.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their beg999 account at any time by submitting a written request to support@beg999.app. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding debt owed to beg999.

7.1 Platform Availability

beg999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. beg999 accepts no liability for losses arising from periods of platform unavailability.

7.2 Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. beg999 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players using the platform. Players are solely responsible for the bets they place and the amounts they stake. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules and odds of any game or market before placing a bet.

7.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beg999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their beg999 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
